Client 8.5.1 Font Size Too Big, Won't Accept Lower Setting.

I am running Notes 8.5.1 and my display font is too big.

Under File/Preferences/Fonts and Colors it says Font Size "Normal."

But my Notes.ini says:

FontIncrease=2
UserFontIncrease=0

Now I have set

FontIncrease=0

and saved the file.

But I go into Notes and the font is too large still. I get out of Notes and, low and behold, I have FontIncrease=2 in my notes.ini again!

Changing the "Windows and Themes" settings seems to have no effect.

Has anyone else seen this or have any suggestions for fixing it? It's very frustrating!
